Ingredients

This makes six, so please double up as you please using the calculator above.  I dare not make any more than six because I am rather partial to them, and would eat them all in one sitting.
  • 50g Butter
  • 2 Tbsp Golden Syrup
  • 100g Chocolate (Milk or dark to your choosing)
  • 50g Cornflakes
  • Optional hundreds and thousands sprinkles and other decoration like cadburys flakes.

Instructions

Get some baking cases ready.  I like having individual portions all ready.

Melt the butter in a saucepan, then add the golden syrup and melt that down.  Once they have melted add in the chocolate and stir round.

Place the cornflakes in a bowl and thoroughly mix through.  I like to break into the cornflakes a bit too.  The quick video below shows this.

Place equally into the baking cases.  You can refrigerate them for an hour or so now, but if using decorations like sprinkles and flakes, then I add them at the sticky stage to help the decorations stick.

Once set they are ready to eat.

I also enjoy eating these with vanilla ice cream!
