Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 100g Oats
  • 35g Peanut Butter
  • 1 Tbsp Cocoa for Main Mix
  • 1 Tbsp Cocoa for dusting
  • 2 Tbsp Honey or maple syrup
  • 55g Sultanas or other dried fruit

Instructions

In a food processor place in the oats, peanut butter, 1 tbsp of the cocoa (reserve the other for later) , the honey/maple syrup and the dried fruit of your choice.

Blitz for a few moments, then add about 2-3 Tbsp of water.  Continue to blitz until it starts to come together as a ball.

Take a golf size ball and roll in your hand.  You can make them smaller if you wish, I just make them this size for my long distance runs!

Place on a plate and dust over the other tbsp of cocoa.  Turning them over so that they are coated and dusted on all sides.

Place in a container, then in the fridge where they will last for around two weeks.

Notes

You can substitute the dried fruits for other ingredients and you can make the balls smaller.
